Wir suchen Helfer aus allen Fachbereichen für die Konferenz INFORMATIK 2017
Für alle vereinbarten Helfer-Tätigkeiten gibt es eine Bezahlung.
Dies umfasst sowohl die Organisation im Voraus als auch die Betreuung während der Konferenztage.
Mögliche Aufgabenbereiche sind
- Erstellung eines Tagungsbands (proceedings)
- Layoutarbeiten an einem Programmheft
- Vorbereitung der Tagungsunterlagen
- Empfang und Betreuung der Konferenzbesucher / Service
- Auf/Abbau
- Raum-Betreuung
- Garderobe
- Video-Produktion und redaktionelle Arbeiten vor Ort
- … sowie andere Bereiche, in denen du dich gern ausprobieren möchtest oder schon Erfahrung hast.

We are constantly looking for helpers from all study disciplines for the conference INFORMATIK 2017
All agreed occupations will be paid.
This includes both the organization in advance as well as the support during the conference days.
Possible tasks are
- Preparation of the conference proceedings
- Layout of a program booklet
- Preparation of the congress material
- Reception desk, service and support of the conference visitors
- Installation and logistics
- Session support
- wardrobe
- Video production and editorial work
- … as well as other areas in which you would like to try out or have already experience.
